Free Draw Terms & Conditions |

1. This free draw is organised by Ed Clayton Photography, 82
Zakopane Road, Swindon, SN25 1TQ.
2. Entry to this free draw
signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Entrants must be aged 18
years or over and be resident in the United Kingdom.
5. Employees (and their
families) and agents of Ed Clayton Photography are not eligible
and may not enter.
6. To enter this free draw the
entrant should complete their name, email address, date of
wedding and county of wedding before the competition draw date
stated in paragraph 11. Responsibility cannot be accepted for
any entries that are not received.
7. The prize is the attendance
of Ed Clayton to photograph a wedding in 2010/2011/2012, subject
to availability. Attendance will be from bridal preparations
until the start of the wedding breakfast, up to a maximum of 6
hours. Any other products or services the winner requires such
as high-resolution images and albums will have to be purchased
from Ed Clayton Photography in accordance with Ed Clayton
Photography’s price list at that time. There is no cash
alternative available to this prize.
8. Only one free draw entry per
person is allowed.
9. Entrants agree that by
entering this free draw their personal details may be stored and
processed by Ed Clayton Photography for the purposes of
administering the free draw. This will include 2 emails, one
confirming entry into the draw and another announcing the
results of the competition.
10. The winner’s name will be
available from the organisers of this free draw provided a SAE
is sent to Ed Clayton Photography, 82 Zakopane Road, Swindon,
SN25 1TQ before the draw date stated in paragraph 11.
11. The free draw will take place
on 31st March 2010. The winner of the free draw will
be selected at random and notified by e-mail within 5 working
days of the draw. Ed Clayton Photography may disqualify a winner
if it has not managed to contact such winner within five days of
its first attempt to do so. Ed Clayton Photography may then
select an alternative winner.
12. To the extent permitted by
law, Ed Clayton Photography hereby expressly exclude any
liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or
damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with this
free draw. |
